Areas of involvement include:
  • Balloons and Rescue Teams - Be a part of the action! Work in the area where the balloons will be! Must be in good physical condition and know the area well. EMTs and Fire Department personal are encouraged to apply.


  • Clean-Up – This is a vital part of our festival! These persons will help keep the grounds pleasant for attendees.


  • Food/Craft Vendors – Help our vendors set up and to meet their needs! Do they have everything they need? Do they know where things are? Do they understand the rules?


  • Hospitality – Help show our guests what genuine southern hospitality is about! This will include entrance gates.


  • Information/Souvenir Sales - This will include selling items and a lot of directions! Be the face of the event by telling attendees how to get to the nearest convenience stores.


  • Kids Zone – Play with the little ones! Persons in this area will help make sure children are safe and are having a good time!


  • Parking Lot Attendant – Persons in this area will help to make sure people are getting in and out of our parking lots in an orderly manner.


  • Runner – These persons will help the staff and committee run errands throughout the festival site. This might include item delivery or even patron directional assistance.


  • Security – This is a vital part of our festival and includes keeping everyone safe and in the correct areas at the correct times.


  • Set Up/Take Down/Security Boundaries - We can’t have a festival without having a site! Why not have fun while getting ready for the event?


  • Anywhere you need me - Not sure what you want to do? That’s okay! We will be happy to find a great opportunity just for you!
